The Minority Professional Association (MPA) is an initiative in Cayuga County that promotes minority professional development in the Central New York area. Its mission is fund professional development opportunities and facilitate a network of individuals that will use their unique experiences to enrich the professional lives of other minority members of the community and inspire future minority professionals.
